10 points to be great INDIAN.

  1. Avoid throwing dust like plastic bags outside. Even, if you are traveling by bus or train. We, lot of people, throw plastic bags or covers through windows. The better option is throw them in side. When we throw them outside no one collects and it looks both dirty and pollutes the nature. But, when we through them inside, under the seat, cleaners will collect them at the end of journey or day and clean them.
  2. Never scold children as they are the future of INDIA. Try to use words like GOOD; Excellent, Fantastic, you are improving. These fill them with lot of encouragement. They are energy boosters.
  3. Try to buy vegetables from road side sellers; even if you don’t get good response or respect as in big malls or shops. By doing so, unknowingly you are helping them live a better life. You can also get for cheap.
  4. Get your clothes Ironed by Ironwalas rather than doing it yourself. You can save both time and money (Current Bill). The money you pay makes a lot of difference in their lives. It will also lessen the burden of power generation.
  5. I saw a lot of people, most of them are illiterates, are asking for bus info like where the bus goes in bus stops, but most of the people are so busy and they don’t even respond in proper. If you are been asked so, please spare 4 to 5 seconds and give them the proper info. If we, as educated people, don’t help who else.
  6. Let your friends know information regarding educational, scholarships, and admissions. Share knowledge. Share, Share and Share. When you help people achieving their goals, they help, may not be the one you helped, you achieving your goals. Help, help and help.
  7. Never miss a chance to vote. If you don’t like to vote to any particular person, you can make it invalid. It clearly tells that none of the contested persons are eligible to be a political leader. This won’t change anything. But it encourages political parties like “loakparitran” which was started by IIT grads.
  8. Do not encourage child beggars or labor. If you want you can donate for aged persons, who can’t make their living by themselves. For children they beg just as habit, which will become profession later.
  9. Donate some money, as small as one rupee a day, to orphans' asylum. At the end of your life it not your achievements, not your position, not your children which makes you happy but it is your helping nature that keeps you happy.
  10. Think like an Entrepreneur. INDIA needs huge number of entrepreneurs. May be lot of risk is involved. NO PAIN, NO GAIN. It is those hard days or risk which separates you from any one else. Remember, the day you don’t come across problems, take it granted that you are traveling on the wrong path. –Swami Vivekananda.
